Grapes selected as they enter the winery. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in small tanks with daily pump overs and long maceration. Malolactic fermentation in oak.
AGEING
Complex wine due to aging in several types of barrels of different origins and toasts. Total of 24 months of aging and later maturing in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months.
